There are no restrictions based on nationality, meaning investors from Ghana, Nigeria, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal and across Africa can fully own property in their name. The process is straightforward and we guide you through every step.
Yes. Dubai's freehold ownership laws apply equally to buyers worldwide, so you can invest in Dubai from Europe, invest in Dubai from Asia, or invest in Dubai from Africa with the same straightforward process. Most of our clients complete their purchase remotely, and we handle documentation, payment coordination and Golden Visa guidance regardless of where you're based.
An off-plan property is one that is purchased directly from the developer before it is built or during construction. Buyers benefit from lower launch prices, flexible payment plans spread over the construction period, and strong capital appreciation by the time the property is completed. Most of our listings are off-plan opportunities from top Dubai developers.
A payment plan allows you to pay for your property in instalments rather than all at once. A typical plan requires a deposit (10–20%) on booking, followed by payments during construction, and a final amount on handover. This makes Dubai property investment accessible without needing the full purchase amount upfront.
The UAE Golden Visa is a long-term residency visa valid for 10 years, renewable indefinitely. It is available to property investors who purchase real estate worth AED 2 million or more. It grants you and your family the right to live, work and study in the UAE without the need for a local sponsor.

Purchase a Property Worth AED 2M+
Invest in one or more UAE properties with a combined value of at least AED 2 million (approx. USD 545,000). Off-plan properties from approved developers like DAMAC and Sobha qualify. The property must be fully paid or mortgaged through a UAE bank.

Obtain a Title Deed
Once your property purchase is complete, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) issues a Title Deed in your name. This is the key document required to apply for your Golden Visa and serves as proof of property ownership.

Apply Through the ICP or DLD
Submit your Golden Visa application through the UAE's Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP) or directly via the Dubai Land Department. Required documents include your passport, title deed, passport photos and a valid UAE entry permit.

Complete Medical & Emirates ID
Once your application is approved, complete a medical fitness test and apply for your Emirates ID. This is a straightforward process that typically takes 2–4 weeks from application approval to visa issuance.
